Terms of Service

Last updated: July 5, 2026

These terms govern your use of Dineraffic. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Dineraffic provides predicted footfall and related insights for restaurants. Forecasts are estimates, not guarantees — actual results will vary, and you should not rely on them as the sole basis for business, staffing, or financial decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Billing & subscription

Dineraffic is offered on a subscription. New accounts start with a free trial; unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription begins automatically at the then-current plan price (currently £129 per month for the Pro plan) and renews each month until cancelled. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from Billing, or by deleting your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan prices with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

Your data

You retain ownership of the restaurant data you provide. You grant us permission to process it to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The Dineraffic application, design, and content are owned by us and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without our permission.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for business decisions made in reliance on our forecasts.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
